You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the jaya805 platform without prior written consent from the Company.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jaya805, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the jaya805 platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

jaya805 does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond the Company's control may cause temporary unavailability. jaya805 accepts no liability for losses resulting from such outages, provided that the Company takes reasonable steps to restore service promptly.

In no event shall jaya805's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jaya805 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The account has been used in connection with fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• The player's identity or age cannot be satisfactorily verified;
• Continuation of the account poses a risk to jaya805's integrity or regulatory standing.

Any real-money balance remaining in a legitimately held account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their most recently used verified payment method, subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements and clearance of any pending wagering requirements on bonus funds.
